Absolute Power Corrupts Absolutely. There is a corner of the human psyche that is mostly dormant, and sleeping. Unchecked Power ( George Floyd slowly killed by a police officer while three other officers watched ) and especially Absolute Power ( Putin ) allows the darkest aspect of the human psyche to bubble up. This work that I've been working on off and on for a while comes to mind.... It raises its head periodically like an infection and fevered wave of madness. The clock has been turned back.
